Job summary

JTI GBS Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and cross-functional coordination across markets.

You will collaborate with factories, markets, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels. The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or customer service in a multinational environment, fluent English, and SAP/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or similar multinational environment (Specialist level).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Service and Supply Chain operations within a portfolio of markets and customers.
• Process and monitor orders, procurement, and deliveries in SAP.
• Coordinate phase-in and phase-out of product portfolios for assigned markets.
• Maintain customer and material master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support demand and production planning activities by managing changes in production requirements.
• Ensure continuous product supply and oversee shipment execution.
• Process and monitor transportation activities in SAP TM modules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for transport documentation.
• Act as a key contact between factories, suppliers, customers, markets, and logistics partners.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end activities with Finance teams.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable related processes.
• Review supplier invoices and handle blocked invoices.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Contribute to J-SOX controls within Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory management.
• Create and manage service-related purchase orders.
