Job summary

JTI GBS Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks a Leaf Planning Manager to support global leaf planning, combining operational planning with data analytics to align materials, capacity and inventory with business needs.

The role covers demand planning, production and material planning, inventory management and reporting, with exposure to SAP, Power BI and ERP systems. This is a 2-year temporary contract with broad stakeholder collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business Technology.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering).
• Experience in supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, or analytics.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems (prefer SAP).
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and translating requirements into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning processes across global supply chain.
• Analyze planning and capacity data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets and sites.
• Participate in continuous improvement, digital transformation and system testing.
