Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and client support skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to explore new software independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing client software subscriptions, including onboarding, billing, and billing inquiries.
• Ensure billing accuracy across multiple software vendors.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets from internal advisers and clients.
• Assist clients with billing issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Support the continuous improvement, design, documentation, and organization of subscription administration processes.
• Assist the Digital Advisory team with ad hoc projects as required.
