Emapta Philippines is sourcing a Digital Admin to support our Australian Digital Advisory practice. You will process client software subscriptions, onboarding, billing inquiries, and help desk tickets, ensuring billing accuracy across multiple vendors.

Work in a prestige global environment with opportunities to learn, mentor, and advance in an international career. This role is project-based with day shifts and weekends off, operating in a hybrid setup at SM Megatower, Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, digital operations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence in learning and navigating new software with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting customers and responding to service-related enquiries.
• Familiarity with or interest in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process client software subscriptions, including onboarding, billing, and billing enquiries.
• Ensure billing accuracy across multiple software vendors.
• Assist with help desk tickets from internal advisors and clients.
• Resolve client billing issues and escalate concerns when required.
• Improve subscription administration processes, design, documentation, and organization.
• Support the Digital Advisory team with ad hoc projects as required.
