Emapta Philippines is seeking a Digital Admin to strengthen an Australian Digital Advisory practice. You will handle software subscriptions, billing, and help desk support within a global professional services environment, building digital operations expertise and a long-term international career with Emapta's top talent.

The role offers day-shift hours, Day 1 HMO with two dependents, and opportunities for skill development through Emapta Academy in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, administration, or digital operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving with a solutions-focused approach.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Familiarity with Excel, workflow automation, SharePoint, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Process client software subscriptions, including onboarding and billing.
• Ensure billing accuracy across multiple software vendors.
• Assist with help desk tickets from internal advisors and clients.
• Resolve client billing issues and elevate concerns when required.
• Improve subscription administration processes and documentation.
• Support the Digital Advisory team on ad hoc projects.
