Job summary

Groworx seeks a Visa & Recruitment Consultant to guide international students and workers through studying and working abroad. You will consult on programs, assist with admissions, and manage visa processes while coordinating with institutions and sponsors.

Role requires 3–5 years in international education, strong CRM experience, and proficiency with Zoom/Google Workspace. Travel and outreach activities are possible as part of recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in international education or recruitment.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or counseling.
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa regs, and application platforms.
• Proven ability to guide clients through complex visa processes.
• Experience with diverse student populations and institutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and student management systems.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess student eligibility and goals.
• Review resumes and academic records to determine program fit.
• Advise students on institution and course selection in Australia, Canada, and Europe.
• Assist students in creating SOPs and required documents.
• Guide students through visa application processes and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and government agencies.
• Plan and evaluate marketing events and recruitment webinars.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
• Ensure CRM, spreadsheets, and trackers are updated regularly.
