Groworx Global is seeking a Visa & Recruitment Consultant to guide students and workers through studying and working abroad. You will coordinate interviews, assist with applications, visas, and admissions, and maintain relationships with institutions and agencies.

The role emphasizes candidate assessment, market research, and comprehensive support from application to visa processing, with a focus on diverse, global client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international education recruitment or counseling.
• Experience in international student recruitment, admissions, or counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and common application platforms.
• Demonstrated success in guiding students through complex application and visa processes.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and educational institutions globally.
• Familiarity with CRM software and student management systems.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess student eligibility and goals.
• Review resumes, credentials, and records to determine program fit.
• Advise students on institution and course selection in Australia, Canada, and Europe.
• Assist students in creating SOPs and required documents.
• Provide timely updates to students about application progress.
• Build trust with student clients through proactive communication.
• Handle inquiries professionally and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
• Retain students by delivering excellent service and identifying up-sell opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing events and recruitment webinars.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
• Ensure CRM, spreadsheets, and trackers are regularly updated.
• Collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency.
• Identify and assess client needs through various channels.
