Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our MBPS Procurement COE team. You will drive global sourcing and contracting events, and maintain vendor relationships throughout end-to-end procurement in line with the Buy Better strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in procurement, with strong negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience with e-Sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, preferably in shared services.
• Strong communication and task management skills.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiations and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead sourcing initiatives within aggressive timelines while maintaining bidding process integrity.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors for effective collaboration.
• Conduct negotiations to secure deals that meet business requirements and drive savings.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure contractual compliance.
