Job summary

Asia-Select is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to lead safety‑driven procurement programs and align Source-to-Pay processes with global standards. You will drive policy development, maintain SOPs and WIs, and partner with the S2P Global Process Owner to optimize cost and cash flow in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, a track record in management within a global business service or BPO, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience, focus on procurement operations.
• 5+ years in procurement/operations management driving policy and process development.
• 5+ years in procurement/operations management in bidding, contracts, and supplier onboarding.
• 5+ years in global business service, shared service, or BPO environment.
• Demonstrates leadership in fast-paced, time-sensitive contexts.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with Celonis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in safety culture within procurement activities.
• Promote Asia-Select vision and core values in daily operations.
• Drive S2P roadmap implementation to standardize, streamline, and automate processes.
• Review and revise S2P Policy for clarity, cost-saving opportunities, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and WIs; update DMS and distribute documents.
• Ensure alignment with S2P Global Process Owner and other Managers.
• Establish KPIs to measure process performance.
• Develop core competencies for tactical buyers to drive high performance.
• Support S2P helpdesk to address root causes and ensure quality service.
• Benchmark performance with industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement while achieving cost reduction and cash flow gains.
• Interface with leadership to align with business goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan development.
