Job summary

Manulife's Procurement Contracting team seeks a JD/LLB holder to review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements that support our global operations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial contracts, procurement activities, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with sourcing, legal, risk, and business partners, manage standard templates, and provide contract administration to ensure compliance with internal policies and signing processes.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB degree, or third year law student
• At least two years of experience in contract review, legal assessment, and drafting
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn contract management systems
