Zusammenfassung

TESDA CARAGA Region – Government is seeking a Budget and Programs Officer to oversee the division's budget proposals, plan execution, and data management for regional, provincial, and international skill competitions.

The role includes developing guidelines, coordinating with national offices, and supporting training plans and monitoring frameworks to ensure successful competition preparations.

Aufgaben

Prepares the division budget proposal.
Ensures execution of plans and conduct of competitive events (local & international).
Develops and maintains a database on ROPODO programs and services across levels.
Speaks to develop skill competition guidelines and handbook.
Submits reports from COROPOTI to Central Offices.
Provides technical services to Regional/Provincial/District Offices for Skills Competitions.
Prepares technical training plans and recommends program designs.
Assists in preparing assessment materials for potential competitors, experts/coaches.
Establishes linkages with industry partners for technical trainings.
Assists in procuring tools, equipment and materials for International Competitions.
Assists in registration of the Philippine delegation to International Competitions.
Implements systems and procedures for effective program implementations.
Analyzes outcomes of International Skills Competitions and suggests improvements.
Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
