The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government is seeking an experienced budget professional to manage regional finances. The role focuses on meticulous budget planning, consolidation, and review to support informed decision making.

You will prepare annual budgets, monitor fund utilization, conduct budget hearings, and generate essential reports such as FURs and SAOB. Strong analytical and liaison skills are essential to coordinate with offices and ensure

Qualifications

Must have demonstrated advanced budgeting skills and extensive experience in budget management.
Ability to review, consolidate, and analyze budget plans and fund utilization.

Responsabilités

Prepares Annual Budget of the Regional Office by consolidating plans and submitting to Chief FASD for review.
Evaluates and analyzes fund utilization and prepares fund utilization status and reports.
Conducts internal budget consultations/hearings and prepares related budgetary documents and guidelines.
Prepare Fund Utilization Reports (FURs), monthly SAOB and other budgetary reports with analysis for higher management.
Replies to queries and provides information on budgeting rules and regulations for uniform interpretation.
Establishes and maintains liaison with other offices and agencies on budgetary concerns.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
