Qualifications

• Intent Letter indicating position, office and Item Number.
• CSC Form 212 (Revised 2017) Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet.
• Service records for TESDA or other government applicants.
• Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants.
• List of training programs with hours and certificates.
• PES or IPCR ratings for relevant years where required.
• For government employees: copy of previous appointment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and accountability reports for Off-Budget Funds for oversight.
• Process and review documents on obligations and budget utilization.
• Maintain and update Registries of Budget, Utilization, and Disbursements.
• Analyze financial reports for Off-Budget Funds from Regional/Provincial offices.
• Assist in preparation of agency Budget Proposals.
• Maintain financial records on foreign-assisted projects/programs.
• Perform related functions as assigned.
