Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights for management and operations teams.
• Monitor transit time, service quality, delivery exceptions, and other operational metrics.
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance performance reports, dashboards, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support performance targets, incentive calculations, and productivity measures.
• Participate in UAT and provide business requirements for performance tools.
