You will lead audits, train staff on quality competencies, and ensure regulatory compliance in LOGICS and related systems.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, internal auditing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction within a logistics context.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
• Logistics/Supply Chain background is an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Experience in auditing (1st, 2nd & 3rd party).
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.

Aufgaben

• Gemba walks to verify process control.
• Establish CAPA and Document & Record management country-wide.
• Lead site management during customer or regulatory audits.
• Train employees to close competency gaps in Quality and ensure training program compliance (GS&D, LOGICS CAPA, QSA).
• Coordinate with government agencies on legal quality compliance.
• Monitor contractual KPIs and report timely in LOGICS.
• Lead management reviews with data-driven analysis and track QARs monthly.
• Ensure data integrity in LOGICS reports/databases.
• Maintain Pest Control program documentation on file.
