Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our commercial operations across international markets.

The role collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, Production, Logistics, Compliance, and Customer Support to process quotations, contracts, and orders from quotation to delivery, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely execution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and French; proficient with MS Office; and experienced with ERP systems such as

Qualifications

• Experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Fluent English, Spanish and French (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Navision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, configuration sheets and conversion documentation.
• Prepare customer contracts and amendments with Legal approvals.
• Maintain order and pipeline data to support forecasting and reporting.
• Review and configure orders, release to production in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Production, Shipping and Field Service teams.
• Manage shipping activities and export documentation.
• Track installation/go-live/removal dates and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate records and filings.
• Handle multiple priorities with accuracy and take initiative for process improvements.
