Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or Management preferred but not essential.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in handling and processing customer orders.
• Experience with ERP or Sales Order Management system.
• In depth knowledge in Import and Export Transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Customer Orders and liaising with internal stakeholders to determine best lead times.
• Create accurate documents to support orders (Sales Order, Proforma Invoice).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on shipment dates and payment/freight readiness.
• Generate shipping documents (Packing List, Invoice, CO or other requests).
• Provide freight options through packing simulations and freight forwarder inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, escalating when needed to protect satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with Customers at all times.
• Suggest process improvements to Supervisors and implement where appropriate.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
