Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to support import logistics for a retail brand with a global footprint in the Philippines. You will handle bookings from consolidation warehouses, communicate delays to stakeholders, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, with preference for international and retail experience, and Mandarin ability to help cross-border communications as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain roles.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• International experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and SAP experience.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings of import orders from consolidation warehouse and suppliers.
• Communicate delays or exceptions to buying/merchandise teams.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers clearly.
• Manage shipping calendars to align delivery with transit times.
• Guide internal and external stakeholders on shipping processes and timeframes.
• Maintain active communication with merchandise and planning teams.
• Oversee customs clearance and liaise with forwarders and customs.
• Generate reports for stakeholders.
• Escalate issues or delays.
