Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in analytics and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical back-office support to the global Customer Success team.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to track performance and engagement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Support data quality initiatives across Customer Success systems and tools.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Maintain internal documentation and reporting definitions.
• Generate analytical reports and insights on industry segments to understand product usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify insights and recommend improvements.
• Analyze segment-level data to inform engagement strategies and adoption initiatives.
