Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst in the Philippines to manage end-to-end commission cycles for 1,500+ payees, configure Xactly platforms, and drive data-driven payroll accuracy across regions. You will build automated data checks and partner with regional payroll, finance, and governance teams.

The role emphasizes scalable operational controls, UAT, SOP maintenance, and clear payout explanations to global sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in 5+ years of technical sales compensation operations or payroll calculation in multinational settings.
• Hands-on admin/configuration of Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect, including rule configuration and payout tables.
• Experience building automated data validation/reconciliation pipelines using Python (Pandas) or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly commission calculations across global business units with timely, precise payout files.
• Administer Xactly platform configurations, including rules and payout rate tables; monitor batch ETL pipelines.
• Develop SQL/Python automation scripts to reconcile ledgers to payouts and perform pre-payroll checks.
