Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Payroll Specialist to join our global team in Manila.
You will handle sales compensation management, compensation administration, payroll helpdesk, and HR shared services, collaborating with Finance and other stakeholders. You will work with compensation tools such as Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, and Salesforce, and create SQL queries to derive quantitative insights, supporting accurate reporting and process
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college; no back subject/dropped subject.
- 2 years experience in one of: Sales compensation management, compensation administration, Payroll helpdesk, Compensation & Benefits administration, Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services.
- Hands-on experience on compensation tools (Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce).
- Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data.
- Experience with CRM tools and case management.
