Job summary

Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to guide clients through deployment of our Employee Management Platform. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and ensure durable client relationships from onboarding to expansion.

Fluent in French and English, you will translate product capabilities into client value, manage multiple projects, and advocate for customers within Deel. This role offers a fully remote setup with global scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for B2B SaaS, HR, payroll, or finance.
• Fluent in French and English with strong customer empathy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to prioritize blockers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations.
• Become a Deel product expert and a go-to resource for customers and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and tailor use cases to Deel’s best practices.
• Provide global payroll expertise to customers and peers, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D and document implementation processes.
