Job summary

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The role leads HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning and Compensation).

You’ll oversee the full implementation process and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition. Fluent in English and Portuguese, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, migration, and training, delivering an outstanding onboarding experience and helping clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s HR products.
• Oversee the full implementation process and ensure accurate data transfer.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide clients through setup and migration.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients throughout onboarding.
• Advise clients on best practices for implementation and migration planning.
• Ensure data protection and compliance during migration.
• Contribute to the improvement of Deel HR migration processes and SOPs.
