Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with Canada Retirement Operations to identify learning needs and map annual training plans. You will facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training worldwide using varied methods (in-person, virtual, coaching).

You will develop curricula and documentation, manage queues to meet turnaround times, and use data to improve staff knowledge. Strong facilitation, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Canada Retirement Operations.
• Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills (in-person or virtual).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Canada Retirement Operations to identify training needs and map annual plans.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training globally.
• Develop and implement training curricula, plans and production glide paths.
• Recommend improvements to staff knowledge inventory based on data.
• Update and maintain training documentation per policies.
• Manage training queues to meet turnaround times.
