Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Training Specialist to collaborate with Operations to design annual training plans and deliver product and process training for new hires and cross-training.

You will develop curricula, manage documentation, and monitor trainee performance while ensuring OSCA standards compliance. The role offers a hybrid work setup, inclusive environment, and opportunities to grow within the international team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map annual plans.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training.
• Develop and implement training curricula and glide paths.
• Maintain training documentation and audit trails.
• Manage training queues and provide weekly performance feedback.
• Close training and documentation gaps with Quality team.
