Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Retail Programme Coordinator to enable a multi-year, multi-region transformation within its Global Retail portfolio. You will coordinate with strategy, asset management, and project controls to ensure data quality, governance, and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration across regions, driving continuous improvement, and delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years in Program Management or a PMO role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and advanced financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex documents, perform quantitative analysis, and solve multifaceted problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Retail Strategy, Business, Property, and Project Controls teams to align global Retail Banking strategies and governance.
• Establish and maintain standardized programme management frameworks, cadences, tools, and ways of working.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and client stakeholders across regions; provide timely status, risks, forecasts, and metrics.
• Support multiple project managers by ensuring integration across disciplines, QA, risk mitigation, and on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Deliver analytical insights, performance reporting, and coordinate SMEs to drive execution of portfolio strategy.
