Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate fit-out and construction projects. You will assist in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a Civil/Construction background with 2+ years in project coordination, and a readiness to engage across multiple projects in a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Civil/Construction disciplines.
• Professional certifications are an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related PM roles.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles.
• Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
