Job summary

You will steer design strategy, ensure standards, and coordinate with Group Design Management and local project teams to deliver compliant design and customer experience. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, at least 10 years of fitting out and site management experience, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Diploma or University Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in fitting out, project design and site management.
• Solid technical background and understanding of Interior Design and the built environment.
• Remote management of teams and process.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills for team and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead consistent innovative design delivery and govern SCB standards across Commercial and Retail design portfolio.
• Reinforce Global Workplace and Group Design Team visions to evolve design standards across projects.
• Interface with Group Design Management and manage business expectations prior to project approval.
• Drive future focused and affordable project design solutions, standards and applications.
• Ensure projects have clear communications across briefing, master planning and design approach for consultants.
