Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel, resort, tourism, travel agencies or sales.
• Experience with international travel agencies or tour operators preferred.
• Existing connections with international travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, or DMCs are advantageous.
• Good communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to be assigned at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar (Sales office department) located at GMA Kamuning Quezon City.
• Can START ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international travel agencies and tour operators.
• Find and establish new international travel agency connections.
• Promote the resort's rooms, packages, tours, and other services.
• Generate international bookings, group reservations and tour business.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with international clients and partners.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and packages as needed.
• Conduct sales calls, online meetings and presentations and client visits.
• Participate in travel fairs, trade shows, sales missions, and other tourism events when required.
• Coordinate with reservations, operations, events and other departments to ensure proper handling of international bookings.
• Build long-term partnerships that will generate repeat business for the resort.
