Qualifications

• College graduate with recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and stakeholders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage recruitment workflows.
• Support candidates and hiring managers with interview scheduling and briefings.
• Set up background checks and track candidate assessments.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
