Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
• Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple countries.
• Exposure to working with internal and external clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across supported countries.
• Arrange interview schedules and candidate briefings.
• Set up required background checks and candidate assessments.
• Proactively report trends on recruitment administrative requests.
• Maintain positive client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with local People Services teams to address operational concerns.
