This pivotal role supports end-to-end recruitment across geographies, ensuring smooth processes and strong candidate experiences across regions. Key duties include coordinating activities, scheduling interviews, handling documentation and onboarding, and monitoring recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment coordination experience in agency or corporate environments.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across regions and time zones, manage candidate pipelines and metrics.
• Schedule interviews, screen candidates, and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare and distribute job descriptions, vacancy notifications and recruitment materials.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records including applications, interview notes and offers.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies to manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Support onboarding and first-day logistics for new hires.
• Assist with staffing planning, forecasting, and identifying needs across units.
• Process recruitment documentation such as offers, contracts and background checks.
• Monitor budgets and report on metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and data protection across jurisdictions.
