UCM Global Talent is hiring Recruitment Consultants to join our growing international team, with opportunities across UK Education UK, UCM Middle East and UCM Global. You will source and screen candidates, conduct screening calls, assess suitability and keep recruitment pipelines moving.

We offer a fast-paced, ownership-driven role with commission and bonuses, remote working options, and structured training to progress within the wider UCM group.

Formación

• 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Fluent English communication, both speaking and writing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM/ATS or similar recruitment databases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing suitable candidates through databases, job boards and channels.
• Reviewing CVs, assessing experience and suitability.
• Conducting candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
• Managing candidate communication through calls, email and messages.
• Keeping candidate pipelines active with regular follow-up.
• Progressing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Updating the CRM accurately and consistently.
• Working toward recruitment activity, pipeline and placement targets.
• Engaging in structured outreach to target organisations where relevant.
