UCM Global Talent is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to build and grow our international offshore staffing business from the Philippines. You will focus on the UK market, identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and convert opportunities into paying client accounts.

You will own your pipeline with support on pricing, negotiations, and initial closes from senior leadership, while collaborating with recruitment and delivery teams to scale client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• At least 1 year selling offshore staffing, outsourcing, or related services internationally.
• Experience selling into the UK market is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, relationship-building, objection handling, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales activity independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work UK hours.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective international clients, starting with the UK market.
• Generate new business opportunities via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects and conduct discovery to understand staffing needs.
• Prepare proposals within pricing guidelines and advance opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams after client acquisition.
• Grow and develop existing client accounts.
