Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for global OpCo partners outside the Philippines. You will own the process from vacancy qualification to offer and onboarding, with progression to Level 2 or Senior based on performance.

The role emphasizes requirements qualification with clients, market insights, candidate feedback, and proactive pipeline building to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviews.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements qualifications with the OpCo contact to understand needs and client priorities.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support decision making.
• Maintain alignment with the OpCo contact on the ideal candidate profile and prioritization.
• Own assigned requirements; adapt sourcing strategy to evolving talent needs and timelines.
• Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified talent pools to meet deadlines.
