Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for its global OpCo partners from the Philippines until placement and onboarding. You will qualify vacancies, source candidates, and coordinate offers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience in end-to-end recruitment, behavioral interviews, and the ability to juggle multiple searches in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience within staffing or corporate HR.
• Behavioral based interviewing across multiple roles.
• Managing multiple searches and stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in requirements qualifications with the OpCo contact to understand roles and benefits.
• Supports fulfillment with market insights and candidate feedback.
• Maintains partnership with OpCo to profile and prioritize requirements.
• Owns assigned requirements and adjusts sourcing strategy accordingly.
• Monitors progress and ensures timely results.
• Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified pools.
