Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of international real estate sales experience.
• Proven leadership at Director level or equivalent.
• Track record of delivering ₱750M+ annual sales production.
• Strong global network of International Marketing Partners (IMPs).
• Experience with Philippine developers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead international sales across priority regions and deliver revenue performance.
• Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline to deal closing.
• Achieve and exceed targets aligned with growth priorities.
• Identify high-potential markets and strengthen footprint through partnerships.
• Build and activate an ecosystem of International Marketing Partners.
• Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing international sales team.
