Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 6–8 years of R2R experience in Shared Services or BPO.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Intercompany and Fixed Assets Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Owns global close governance and readiness.
• Standardize close processes across locations and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Support R2R operations, including review and approval of transactions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Maintain internal controls and assist in audits and process improvements.
