Job summary

Qualifications

A degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in QA/QC for mining infrastructure.
Understanding of earthworks QA/QC requirements.
Experience coordinating laboratory and in-situ testing for earthworks materials.
Experience on international FIFO rosters.
Willingness to travel internationally for site assignments.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect Tailings Storage Facility construction and earthworks QA/QC.
Implement and manage quality control processes for earthworks and HDPE liner installation.
Prepare QA/QC documentation and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with contractors and site teams to resolve issues.
Support project delivery through proactive monitoring and reporting.
Oversee field and laboratory testing to ensure compliance.
