Job summary

Industri-X Maintenance Solutions Inc. invites a skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in the Philippines. You will oversee QA/QC inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications, prepare BOMs and cost estimates, and support planning and field execution in underground mining environments.

This full-time on-site role focuses on quality control, documentation, and timely reporting to keep projects on track and aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for ensuring all QA/QC inspections and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, and contract requirements.
• Ensure underground service works including ventilation installations, dewatering piping, and civil infrastructure meet quality standards and approved technical drawings.
• Maintain dependable oversight of project planning activities, ensuring work scopes, schedules, and resource requirements are properly developed and communicated.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure materials required for underground installations are clearly defined and available for project execution.
• Develop reliable project cost estimates, ensuring labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs are accurately assessed.
• Monitor work progress and report deviations from planned schedules, technical specifications, or cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action documentation.
• Escalate technical issues, quality concerns, or project risks promptly to the project manager and lead engineers to ensure timely resolution and maintain project performance.
