Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting international clients in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups across regions and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with formal documentation skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, risks, and issue logs.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding, early engagement, and service delivery readiness activities from initiation through implementation handoff.
• Serve as primary point of contact for North America-based customers and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Drive customer readiness by tracking prerequisites, including infrastructure readiness, resources, training, and deliverables.
• Identify readiness gaps, risks, and delays; partner with customers and teams to develop mitigation plans and maintain timelines.
• Communicate priorities, actions, and timelines with urgency and professionalism, driving accountability while maintaining relationships.
• Support project governance activities, including plans, milestones, action items, risk/issue tracking, status reports, and documentation.
• Facilitate early engagement team meetings, document decisions, track follow-ups, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, stakeholder communications, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams within the Services organization.
• Support implementation readiness reviews, resource coordination, and service delivery transition planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, readiness processes, and operational efficiency.
• Promote collaboration with internal teams and external customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Comply with employment terms, company policies, and directives; support changes in roles, location, or shifts as needed.
