Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting project planning, execution and stakeholder coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (full overlap).
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and administration across multiple projects.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
• Support PMs and Senior PMs on various initiatives.
• Document project information and manage artifacts.
• Monitor project spends and metrics.
• Schedule meetings and handle project communications.
• Adhere to employment contracts, policies and directives and support changes as needed.
