Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized Project Mobilisation & Travel Administrator to coordinate personnel mobilisation, travel, and compliance for project teams. You will ensure travellers are mobilised-ready and documentation is current, while communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

The role demands independent multi-project management, attention to detail, and strong coordination with HSEQ, HR, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, mobilisation, travel coordination, or project support.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate mobilisation for employees and contractors prior to project starts.
• Maintain client and internal systems with current documentation and records.
• Ensure subcontractors have verified compliance documentation before mobilisation.
• Support team communications and stakeholder updates on mobilisation status.
• Assist with WH&S obligations and documentation where applicable.
