Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate creative projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication among creative teams, stakeholders, and management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in project coordination within a creative environment, with proficiency in common PM tools and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
• Strong understanding of project management workflows within creative production (graphic design, video production, digital content, or marketing campaigns).
• Experience managing multiple projects/accounts simultaneously (approximately 5–6).
• Experience serving as primary contact for client coordination (meetings, reports, activities).
• Strong experience managing timelines, deliverables, progress monitoring, and reporting to keep projects on schedule.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee creative project schedules from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal creative teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines while clearly communicating deadlines and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.
• Manage project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
