Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to manage personnel mobilisation and compliance for client projects. You will coordinate travel, documentation, and onboarding, ensuring timely mobilisations and accurate records.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in mining, civil, or construction sectors and proficiency in MS Office tools. Hybrid work options may apply depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator role within shutdowns and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating workforce mobilisation in mining, civil, construction or related industries.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of mobilisation processes, workforce compliance and document management.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel per client and operational requirements.
• Verify personnel compliance by reviewing licences, qualifications, medicals, training records and other documents.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation trackers, compliance registers and document expiry trackers.
• Ensure all employee records are stored correctly using company procedures.
• Book pre-employment, periodic and client-required medical assessments with providers and online systems.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for personnel per mobilisation schedules.
• Process personnel through client online systems, onboarding and inductions.
• Monitor expiry dates and renewals to maintain workforce compliance.
• Liaise with employees, clients, travel providers, training providers and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Follow up to ensure documentation and inductions are completed on time.
• Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure workforce record accuracy.
• Escalate and resolve mobilisation or compliance issues affecting schedules.
