Job summary

Odfjell Technology is seeking a Project Accountant to join our Makati team on a permanent basis. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least two years in a global services setting, with strong project accounting and ERP knowledge.

The candidate will manage project setups in IFS, update budgets, ensure accurate timesheet data, and deliver weekly cost reports. Onsite work in Makati is required, with opportunities for growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years of GBS accounting/finance experience in a shared services setup.
• Knowledge of project accounting and ERP familiarity.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify projects in IFS.
• Provide access to personnel.
• Follow up/Check unapproved or missing timesheets.
• Update budgets in each project (BID, PO, including VORs and VOs).
• Correct manhours; move manhours between projects as needed.
• Provide weekly cost reporting.
• Prepare monthly portfolio reports and invoicing details.
• Deliver month-end business controlling tasks (revenue and cost accruals).
• Participation in meetings with counterparts.
• Ad-hoc requests from Project Managers.
