Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst based in Manila to support end-to-end corporate actions across cash and non-cash events for equities and fixed income, with involvement in client elections and counterparty claims.

The role requires 3 days in the office and offers hybrid working options. You will engage with custodians, depositories and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Join our established team in this exciting opportunity for a Corporate Actions Analyst based in Manila.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will be involved in the end-to-end corporate actions event life cycle across cash, non-cash and elective events for all equity and fixed income securities, withholding tax and associated internal reporting obligations and processing client elections, entitlements and counterparty claims. In addition, you will be interacting with external agents; custodians, clearers and depositories and responding to queries from middle-office, finance and other parties.

  • Accurate with a good eye for detail and strong commitment to completion and delivery
  • Flexible to work outside of regular working hours when required (including mid shift and night shift)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
