Macquarie Group is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst based in Manila to support end-to-end corporate actions across cash and non-cash events for equities and fixed income, with involvement in client elections and counterparty claims.

The role requires 3 days in the office and offers hybrid working options. You will engage with custodians, depositories and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in the financial/banking industry.
• Ability to investigate issues and escalate effectively.
• Strong focus on teamwork with effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate actions event lifecycle across cash, non-cash and elective events.
• Interact with external agents; custodians, clearers and depositories; respond to queries from middle-office, finance and others.
