Job summary

Macquarie Group Foundation in Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the operational effectiveness of its global programmes. You will work across systems, data, governance and stakeholders to optimise processes, deliver meaningful reporting and insights, and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

You will gain exposure to programme operations, business management, governance, vendor management and strategic projects within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, programme management or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with business systems or technology platforms, with Benevity experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes, controls and ways of working.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the Macquarie Group Foundation's global programmes. Working across systems, data, governance and stakeholder groups, you will help optimise processes, deliver meaningful reporting and insights, manage technology platforms and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will have exposure to programme operations, business management, governance, vendor management and strategic projects within a global organisation.
