Job summary

First Focus in Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive technology projects for US clients, coordinating engineers, timelines and budgets. You will manage planning, execution and post-project reviews, ensuring delivery stays on scope and within budget while keeping stakeholders informed.

The role operates on US business hours from Manila, with hybrid arrangements and opportunities for professional development through certifications and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant project management experience in IT/ MSP or technical environment.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through to completion.
• Experience with scope, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working US business hours from Manila.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple technical projects from planning through execution and review.
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource requirements.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate engineers and technical resources across project activities.
• Manage competing priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify risks, issues and roadblocks early.
• Communicate changes to scope, timelines or requirements.
• Provide clear updates to clients, teams and management.
• Act as liaison between US-based clients and project teams/vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and PMO processes.
• Coordinate post-project reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and commercially.
